Creamy peanut ginger sauce!! This is amazing as a stir fry sauce, drizzled over steamed broccoli, on soba noodles, or as a salad dressing, YUM. You could also add a dollop to the top of your veggie burger, there are so many ways to use this versatile and flavorful sauce. π
This is a quick & easy blender recipe that takes just a few minutes to make. This peanut ginger sauce is also oil-free, vegan, and has no added salt. So while it’s packed with flavor, a little goes a long way, it has no hidden bad ingredients like in many bottled sauces. If you want to make this spicy you could add a little sriracha too!
This makes at least 6 servings, possibly more depending on how you use it. When I make this recipe I pour the extra in a mason jar and store it in the fridge. It will keep for up to a week and thicken considerably in the fridge. I love the creamy texture, however, you could also thin it out with a bit of extra water or vinegar.
