Hello, I’m Rachael J and welcome to my blog!
I created Cultivator Kitchen in 2015 to share whole-food plant based recipes that are quick, delicious and, most importantly, healing. All my recipes are vegan and any recipes from 2018 onward are also oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free and corn-free. I emphasize raw foods and every June I host #RawFoodJune on Instagram – a celebration of all raw vegan food and it’s quite the party. 🙂
Cultivator Kitchen may have started with food but it’s expanded to mean all the ways you cultivate heath and happiness in your life and craft your ideal lifestyle. I also share about other things that have helped me along the way from organic gardening, to zero waste, and more!
