Sundried Tomato & Red Bell Pepper Salad Dressing!! This delicious and easy salad dressing comes together super fast – just throw everything in the blender! It’s creamy, rich, and flavor-packed without any added salt or oil. This is a low fat raw vegan recipe, it is also gluten-free, oil-free, salt-free, nut-free, soy-free, corn-free and medical medium protocol friendly.
I love making salad dressings at home, they are quick & easy and way more nutritious and fresh tasting than store-bought. After having this dressing you won’t want the oily fatty stuff from a jar again! - 4 stalks celery
- ½ yellow squash
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ red bell pepper
- ¼ cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 large dates
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp dulse flakes
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Onion powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
- ⅓ cup water
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite salad!

Home made salad dressings are the best! I never understood salad dressing in bottles when home made dressings are always fresh and match the ingredients for a good pairing of flavors.
