Spicy, creamy & delicious chipotle salad dressing recipe! This salad dressing is so flavorful it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. 😋 If you’re stuck on the same salad dressing recipe, or the same bottled dressing from the store, than this is the perfect way to mix it up.
This is also a super easy recipe because I make it right in the bottom of the salad bowl. No blender or any other equipment is needed. I use a whisk but you could use a spoon as well to mix it up. This is actually the way professional chefs mix salads, by putting the dressing in the bottom of the bowl and then mixing the veggies in on top, everything gets coated evenly.
In this recipe I share my favorite veggies to go with this dressing, but any greens or vegetables that you like will work in here too! Get creative, and let me know in a comment below what you choose.
This recipe is also very flexible, depending on your health goals. If you are choosing to be raw then use raw tahini as the base. If you are trying to lose weight or have heart disease, then use oil-free tahini-free hummus as the base. If you hummus is quite thick, you might want to add a bit of water to thin it out. 🙂
