Raw Vegan Wild Ramp Dip!! This is a creamy, thick & crazy delicious take on ‘onion dip’ that your family & guests will love. I was so excited to find wild ramps on sale at the Farmer’s Market this past weekend and they are generally only available for a few weeks out of the year in springtime.
Ramps are tender and delicious and have a mild onion taste. If you don’t have ramps available, you can still make this recipe, just use the white parts of scallions instead. 🙂
This will serve 2 people as a meal with veggies & raw crackers to dip, don’t forget to watch the video above to see how I make quick and easy raw crackers from spicy wraps. This saves me a ton of time and means I can quickly serve unexpected guests.
This recipe is also excellent for parties and is a traditional dip that people won’t even realize is raw vegan! They’ll be asking for your recipe, so make sure to send them my way. 😉
