Cherry Wild Blueberry Cacao Smoothie!! This easy and super filling smoothie is an antioxidant powerhouse & a mood booster! Many people ask me if I can get ‘full’ on smoothies and I definitely do, it’s all about how much greens you include and the chia seeds help to make it last too. The other thing I find is people either put too much fruit or too little fruit, this smoothie is very balanced and satiating.
This smoothie is also full of antioxidants! 🙂 Raw cacao is known for it’s high antioxidant content & wild blueberries are one of the highest antioxidant berries on the planet. Cherries are also full of antioxidants and cherries & cacao are proven mood boosters. Eating an antioxidant rich diet is essential to prevent disease, prevent premature aging and encourage cell repair.
Cherry Wild Blueberry Cacao Smoothie
- 1/2 lb spinach (or any greens)
- 5 bananas
- 5 medjool dates pitted
- 2 tbsps raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup wild blueberries, frozen
- 2 cups dark sweet cherries pitted & frozen
- 2 cups filtered water
- Add all the ingredients to the blender
- Blend until smooth, serve & enjoy!
