Creamy, sweet, and energizing Strawberry Milkshake, yummm. Summertime is the season of fresh berries and cold satisfying beverages. Full of antioxidants & Omega 3s this is a delicious treat you can feel good enjoying. This milkshake is raw vegan and banana-free for when you’re out out of ripe nanners. This is also quick & easy to make in the blender with just a handful of ingredients.
This smoothie uses flax seeds which are on Dr. Gregor’s Daily Dozen for their amazing health benefits! Flax seeds are also full of Omega 3s which we need to get in every day. I always use whole flax seeds instead of ground flax, since ground flax can easily go rancid. I also store my flax seeds in the freezer for the same reason. ๐
Strawberries are super delicious & in season right now! I’ve been enjoying them straight from my garden and they are also on sale in stores right now. Summer is the perfect time to make this strawberry milkshake. Berries are full of antioxidants and on Dr Gregor’s Daily Dozen as well. So this is a delicious and good-for-you version of a milkshake. ๐
