June is just a few days away and I wanted to share an awesome challenge I’m hosting on Instagram! #RawFoodJune is a month-long celebration of fresh, ripe, raw foods and it’s the perfect way to kick off the summer.
I started Raw Food June back in 2014 using the hashtag #rawfoodjune. This year should be awesome because I have so many recipes and tips to share with you. For 30 days I’ll be eating fully raw and posting daily on Instagram as well as in my Instagram stories. If all raw is too much for you, then try committing to one raw meal a day, whatever works for you!
If you want to ask questions or hear more about how to join, I’ll be live on Instagram on Wednesday May 30th at 7PM Central US time with my friend British, @therawscout, to kick thinks off. I’ll share how to participate, meal ideas, how to beat cravings, detox symptoms and more! Come and join me and bring your questions.
Blog Updates & What’s Next
I’ll also be blogging regularly starting in June and revamping this blog, so many more exciting things to come! All my new recipes will focus on healing foods that are oil-free, gluten-free, corn-free, soy-free, and, of course, vegan. A lot has changed in my garden, so I’ll share my garden re-design and what I’m growing this year soon.
