Nice Cream Sundae!! Vanilla nice cream with chocolate fudge sauce, chopped nuts & a cherry on top. This mostly fruit recipe is as healthy as it is delicious. Enjoy for a special occasion, for kids, or for anytime you want to treat yourself without compromising your health.
Nice Cream is ice cream made with frozen bananas so it’s dairy-free and therefore extra nice. 🙂 I’ve also created a raw vegan chocolate fudge sauce from dates that is super yummy to put on top. Then you can use whatever toppings you like, I’ve opted for chopped nuts, but you could also use shredded coconut for sprinkles. I used a frozen dark sweet cherry for on top but a pitted fresh cherry would be amazing if those are in season when you make this. Add any many cherries as you want!
