A quick and easy raw vegan gluten-free chocolate mousse recipe! This is SO good, very rich and creamy…and it has a secret ingredient that you’d never know was there if you taste it. 🤫 Blend and chill, then serve. This is a great dessert recipe to make in advance for guests or as a treat for yourself. 🥑🍫
This tastes fancy without any of the work of fancy desserts! I make this quickly in the blender and then store it in the fridge in portions until I’m ready to serve. You can get two bigger portions or 4 smaller portions from this recipe. It’s also very easy to double if you need to make more!
One of the most decadent-tasting chocolate mousse dishes I’ve ever tried, and it is full of hidden fruits and antioxidants. What could be better? I love to use raw cacao in my smoothies, desserts, etc. Make sure your cacao is the only ingredient, with no added sweeteners. This recipe tastes sweet without being sugary, just the way I like it.
Lately I have been using oat milk to make this raw vegan chocolate mousse, which makes it nut free! However, if you’d like you could use my Homemade Cashew Milk recipe instead.
My family is full of chocoholics. Any other chocolate lovers out there? 🙋♀️
