It’s a new season and summer is here which means a fresh start! I’m excited to be revamping my YouTube channel and this blog. You can watch the video above for more details and to see me build a really cool trellis planter that will be part of my new back porch garden. I can’t wait to garden again in an urban setting. I hope to have lots more on that coming up soon, stay tuned.
Last year I got divorced and moved which are two humongous life changes at once. In fact, I’d say my life is almost entirely different now than it was just a few years ago. I plan to keep consistently making recipes and gardening content for all of you, but there will be some changes.
Since I live alone and I’m in a new kitchen it is taking a while to adjust to cooking in a new kitchen and creating recipes that are quicker, easier, or made for one. I hope many of you will resonate with this new way of cooking and, of course, everything will still be vegan.
I find that when I’m cooking for myself and I’m very busy I need to be a lot quicker and make fewer things from scratch. I’m also trying to be very economical so some choices are being made in the interest of my budget. I’m very open to your feedback and suggestions and excited to see what you all think of what I have coming up next.
