Sesame Broccoli

  • 1 lb organic frozen cut broccoli
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • toasted sesame seeds


  • In a non-stick pan on high heat, add your frozen broccoli in a single layer and let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir the broccoli in the pan and let cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the coconut aminos and toss to combine.
  • Drizzle on the tahini and stir to incorporate.
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and toss to distribute them evenly. Turn off the heat, serve & enjoy!
