Serrano Salsa

Spicy, quick & easy, taqueria-style salsa recipe


  • 1/3 cup serrano peppers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced


  • In a pan on medium heat, roast the peppers, tomatoes, & garlic for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until combined. Leave some texture and don't blend until completely smooth.
  • Store in a jar in the fridge, it tastes even better the next day. Enjoy!
