Serrano Salsa

Spicy, quick & easy, taqueria-style salsa recipe
- 1/3 cup serrano peppers
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
In a pan on medium heat, roast the peppers, tomatoes, & garlic for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until combined. Leave some texture and don't blend until completely smooth.
Store in a jar in the fridge, it tastes even better the next day. Enjoy!
