- 1/2 lb spinach (or any greens)
- 5 bananas
- 5 medjool dates pitted
- 2 tbsps raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup wild blueberries, frozen
- 2 cups dark sweet cherries pitted & frozen
- 2 cups filtered water
