Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tsp matcha (green tea powder)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • hot water & oat milk (shaken)

Instructions
 

  • In the bottom of your mug, add the matcha and a small amount of hot water (just below boiling or 175F). Whisk until the matcha dissolves completely and is bright green and foamy.
  • Add in the maple syrup to taste, then pour more hot water to fill the mug halfway.
  • Shake your oat milk until it's lightly frothy on top. Pour oat milk into the latte until the mug is full and the top foam is both green and white. Enjoy!
