Boil your pumpkin pieces in 1/2 cup of hot water, 2-3 minutes until tender.
Add the pumpkin, including the water, to the blender with the oat milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, turmeric powder, and maple syrup. Blend until creamy and foamy.
In a pot on the stove add your ginger, black pepper, chai tea, and 1 quart of water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea into your mugs till 2/3 full and then pour in some pumpkin milk mixture, stir to combine. Serve & enjoy!
