Rainbow Slaw Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 head purple cabbage
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp dulse flakes
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 5 tbsp tahini

Instructions
 

  • Shred the 4 veggies in a food processor using the shredding disk or by hand.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix the slaw well to combine.
  • Add the coconut aminos and mix again thoroughly.
  • Add the dulse flakes & spices, stir to combine. 
  • Add the tahini and mix again thoroughly. 
  • Serve in lettuce leaves for wraps. Enjoy!

Notes

Mixing the seasonings into the slaw in stages helps to soften the veggies for the classic slaw texture.
