Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and lightly whisk together.
Add all your wet ingredients and stir to combine, don't over mix.
Fold in the chocolate chips or whatever add-ins you are using.
Drop scones onto a silicon mat on a baking sheet, this makes 8 scones.
Bake in the oven at 425F for 12-13 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
