Wild Ramp Dip

Creamy, thick & delicious, even better than onion dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches ramps
  • 1/2 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1 zucchini, peeled
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp raw tahini
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
 

  • Add everything but the ramps to a high-speed blender, blend with the tamper until smooth & creamy.
  • Chop the ramps and then add to the dip, pulse to combine (don't blend).
  • Serve with raw vegan crackers or veggies to dip. Enjoy!
