Wild Ramp Dip

Creamy, thick & delicious, even better than onion dip!
- 2 bunches ramps
- 1/2 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 zucchini, peeled
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 3 tbsp raw tahini
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
Add everything but the ramps to a high-speed blender, blend with the tamper until smooth & creamy.
Chop the ramps and then add to the dip, pulse to combine (don't blend).
Serve with raw vegan crackers or veggies to dip. Enjoy!
