Turmeric Ginger Latte Recipe! Vegan & Caffeine-Free

Ingredients
  • 1 liter of filtered water
  • 1 inch turmeric root, diced
  • 1 inch ginger root, diced
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup cashew milk
Instructions
  1. Add the ginger, turmeric, powder & water to a pot.
  2. Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the maple syrup & cashew milk and whisk to combine well.
  4. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Strain & serve. Enjoy!
