Raw Vegan Marinara Sauce

  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, soaked
  • (reserve ¼ cup of the soaking liquid)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp pizza seasoning (optional)
  • 2 medjool dates
Instructions
  1. Cube the tomatoes (or cut in half if cherry tomatoes) and dehydrate on 113F for 2 hours.
  2. Add everything to the blender, including ¼ cup of the soaking liquid from the sundried tomatoes.
  3. Blend until smooth, using the tamper.
  4. Serve on pasta or pizza. Enjoy!
