Raw Vegan Marinara Sauce

- 1 cup tomatoes
- ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, soaked
- (reserve ¼ cup of the soaking liquid)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp pizza seasoning (optional)
- 2 medjool dates
- Cube the tomatoes (or cut in half if cherry tomatoes) and dehydrate on 113F for 2 hours.
- Add everything to the blender, including ¼ cup of the soaking liquid from the sundried tomatoes.
- Blend until smooth, using the tamper.
- Serve on pasta or pizza. Enjoy!
