Raw Vegan Hot Chocolate in the Blender
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 5 medjool dates
  • ⅓ cup cashews
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups hot water
  1. Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2-3 people. Enjoy!
Your water should be below 118F to keep it raw. The best way to do this is to bring your water to boil and then let it cool a bit. It should feel hot to touch but not burn you.
