Raw Vegan Hot Chocolate in a Mug
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4-6 oz hot water (not boiling)
  • 4 oz cashew milk
  1. Add the cacao powder and maple syrup to the bottom of a mug. Stir together till they are well combined and form a chocolate syrup.
  2. Pour your hot water on top and stir to combine.
  3. Pour in your cashew milk and stir again. Enjoy!
Your water should be below 118F to keep it raw. The best way to do this is to bring your water to boil and then let it cool a bit. It should feel hot to touch but not burn you.
