  • ½ lb greens
  • 2.5 cups filtered water
  • 4 bananas
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 1.5 cups frozen cherries
  • 1.5 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. First blend your greens and water, to make room in the blender.
  2. Add all the rest of your ingredients and blend till smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
