The Ultimate Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ lb spinach
  • 4 bananas
  • 5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup wild blueberries, frozen
  • 1 inch turmeric
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp barley grass juice powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2.5 cups water
  • ice if desired
Instructions
  1. Blend the spinach and 2.5 cups water in the blender.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend again, till smooth.
  3. Enjoy! Makes two 32 oz smoothies :-)
