No Nooch Vegan Cheese
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • ¼ large onion
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  1. Chop up the carrot, potato & onion then boil in the ¾ cup water until soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the blender including the cooking liquid.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Let cool for a thicker cheese or use right away while hot! Enjoy
For nut allergies, sub cooked white beans instead of cashews.

This will be even thicker if left in the fridge the next day.
