Spicy Peanut Dressing
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon organic vegan sriracha
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and wisk till smooth.
Notes
PB2 is a great way to get authentic peanut butter taste but stay low in overt fats! If you are allergic to peanuts substitute raw almond butter and use only 1 tablespoon of filtered water.
PB2 and organic vegan sriracha are available in the CK Store or at your local grocery.
