Habanero Kimchi Salad Dressing
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup oil-free hummus OR 1 peeled zucchini with 2 tablespoons raw tahini
  • ⅓ cup raw vegan kimchi juice
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ habanero pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of sea salt & black pepper (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add the hummus, lemon juice, habanero, kimchi juice, and spices to your blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour generously over a large salad. Enjoy!
